Terms of service

By booking with Maison Coiffure you agree to the terms below, our cancellation policy, and our house rules. These terms apply to all appointments.

Bookings & payment

Most services are paid at the appointment. Some services may require full prepayment at booking; this is shown before you confirm. Because appointments are reserved for a specific date and time, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has been performed.

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows are at the salon's discretion and may affect future bookings.

Late arrival

Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the service is shortened to fit the remaining slot, or rebooked, at the stylist's discretion.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Gift cards & promo codes

Gift cards and promotional codes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are valid until their stated expiry. Promo codes cannot be combined unless stated.

Results & safety

Colour and chemical services may require a patch test at least 48 hours in advance. Please disclose allergies, sensitivities, and relevant medical conditions before treatment. We cannot guarantee subjective styling outcomes, but we will work with you to achieve the best result.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the price paid for the service or product concerned.
